Criminals??? It was a war. Both sides committed outrageous atrocities. One would think that 20 years later that it would be wise to be healing rather than stirring the pot and implanting hatred into yet another generation. Just for the record, we can thank the good old US of A for keeping the pot stirred up here. The last thing the Americans want is to have intelligent nations here, making decisions for themselves.....
